Matt Kamp Awarded GLSHF Scholarship
Congrats to Matt Kamp!
The Greater Lee’s Summit Healthcare Foundation is celebrating the 2018 scholarship awards given to 12 local health-focused students, who included Matt. He is the awardee of a $5000 GLSHF scholarship.
Matt says, "The Greater Lee’s Summit Healthcare Foundation scholarship is continuing to support my dream of becoming a physician as I begin my second year at Alpert Medical School of Brown University. It is a true blessing to receive support from my hometown as I begin to hone skills and develop a deep understanding of the human body. Thank you GLSHF for helping to prepare me to improve the quality of life for patients and communities across the nation."
Since 2003, GLSHF has granted more than $1.3 million in scholarships or grants to a multitude of awardees designed to impact the health and well-being of the greater Lee’s Summit community.
